In order to effectively reduce the number of collisions, we must examine where the majority of collisions are occurring and must conduct targeted enforcement in these areas. With the assistance of the Collision Reporting Centre data, the officer-in-charge of community patrol will be responsible to identify and communicate these areas to our front line officers and the media relations officer.
